Quality Pet Care
Quality grooming salon located in Thorold, currently accepting new clients under 90 lbs. We love caring and connecting with animals and creating everlasting relationships. We provide care for your fur baby as if they were our own, and ensure that they receive the highest quality care when it comes to their grooming needs!
Please take note that we book anywhere from 3-6 weeks out. It is best that our clients prebook their appointments to maintain their required schedule.
Dogs are groomed one on one however we are an open concept salon with up to four groomers working at a time. This setting works for some dogs but not all. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
Our Mission
It is our mission to help you, the pet parent, keep your dogs coat maintained, healthy and matt free.
For dogs that require haircuts, we will discuss with pet parent a proper grooming schedule. We will dematt or do a matted shave down on a dog ONE time. From there we will put your dog on a schedule that will help prevent future matting. Clients must have realistic expectations as far as coat length, maintenance at home, dogs behaviour and budget, in which we will help educate you on. We will not continue to groom a dog if our suggested schedule is not followed and the dog comes in matted each time. This is unfair to the dog and will result in an unpleasant grooming experience each time it comes in. We want the best service and experience for your dog only!
